With 29 years in the art industry, Lauren Wickey is now teaching classes at her family’s studio in Morristown, New Jersey this Spring.

Lauren earned a BFA in Interior Design from Ringling School of Art in Sarasota, Florida in 1996. She then worked as a professional Interior Designer on corporate and residential projects in New Jersey, New York, and Florida.

In 2001, she left the corporate world to become a public-school art teacher while starting a portrait painting business. Lauren retired from teaching in 2016 to focus on painting full-time and, in 2020, started teaching part-time at Artworks Studio in Randolph, NJ.
